I think it means that her husband trusts her and knows that she will take care of everything that she has said she would. He knows he has a Godly wife and rests in that.
To me this means that her husband has absolute confidence in her faithfulness because she is trust worthy. And he knows she will not be a waster and with her he has everything he needs.
