I post when I have something interesting/fun to say or cute pics to post. I don't feel compelled to post every day or every other day - although with the amount of pics I take, I seem to be posting every other day!
I post everyday....it was actually a goal I made when I started my blog..post every day for one year. I'll probably tweak my schedule just a little bit when I reach my 1 year goal.
I'd love to be on a blogging schedule. Unfortunately with 3 kids under 4 years of age, it only happens sometimes. I can't tell you how many unposted Drafts I have started that still need work. They are mostly ideas I write down real fast so I don't forget them. I have found that if I don't make getting a post out by a certain date a big pressure, I usually write better stuff and throw status quo out the door! : ) I think the struggle I have is, Is it Quantity or Quality that matters?
I try to post M-F, and my posts are scheduled to publish at 12:05 am each of those days. The writing happens whenever I have a few minutes here and there!
I schedule 3 posts a week on a calendar and then I might fill in the week with a meme here or there that is unscheduled. I also have a few posts saved up for when I don't know what to write.
I don't have a schedule although I try to do the same thing on certain days of the week (Truth for Thursdays). I don't want to post everyday just for the sake of posting.
Well, I'm sort-of a spontanious blogger - meaning I blog in the free time I have, whenever I feel like it. Usually, it's after my little guy is in bed or during my lunch hour at work :)
A little of both. I have a journal I jot ideas down when they come to me. I like to keep a few posts as a draft to publish when I am too busy or have writer's block. But since my blog is about family life, things normally happen in between those scheduled posts that MUST be shared!
Sort of. There are a few Memes I participate in each week. Otherwise, I post spontaneously, whenever I feel I have something worthy and inspired of the Lord to share.
I do have a schedule with some help from fellow posters too! 3-4 times a week, helping busy at home moms put their family first and be the best they can be!
I find that when I take the time to create a schedule and stick to it, things run much smoother than when I wing it. This is especially true since I not only write for my blog, but other blogs as well.

I post 6 days a week. Mondays, Wed., and Thursdays I share a devotional of what I feel like I've learned from God and His Word that week, Tuesdays I write a story of faith, Fridays I highlight a chapter from the book, Parenting, From Surviving to Thriving, and on the weekends I write a recipe and feature someone from their Etsy shop!!

ReplyDeleteI would love it if I could stick to a schedule but fun things keep catching my eye to join in on so then things start to get jumbled!

ReplyDeleteI wish I had the time to post more often. For now it's once or twice a week.

ReplyDeleteI don't have a schedule- but I think it would be easier if I had one... maybe someday I will. I do make an effort to post 5 days of the week.

Both! Sometimes we schedule a post and sometimes it just happens. =)

ReplyDeleteMy posts are spontaneous! No schedule here. Usually works out to 3-4 times per week, though.
